Some Customer Experience Lessons From United's And My Own Experience Of Denied Boarding

Some reflections on Dr Dao’s over-booking experience, which resulted in him being dragged off a United Airlines plane in Chicago on April 9th losing two teeth and suffering a broken nose in the process, and my own recent experience with British Airways, which thankfully didn't end so badly.
