Meditation For Gratitude (and Cold Weather!)

It's easy to feel winter blues when the weather turns cool, and it starts getting dark so early! There is good news, however, that you can shift your energy from a feeling of scarcity (why do I still live in this cold place!?) to a deep sense of gratitude.
