I'm using VS 2015 Community Update 1 in free mode. Almost every day it fails to log in with the message "an error has occurred and we can no longer retrieve user information" and asks for my credentials, over and over. It was like this before the update too. I'm on windows 8.1 (64-bit). I also see that there are a lot of threads reporting the same thing, so I'm not alone in this.
