We are looking for highly talented and driven individuals who want to become core members of a small and growing team dedicated to creating games that influence millions. Role: The senior designer is expected to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to document and design systems pivotal to the development of high quality MMO mobile games. This will require the senior designer to understand MMOs, virtual business models and consumer psychology. They will be responsible for designing new features and systems and monitoring MMO mobile game performance post-release. Responsibilities: • Designing and balancing of player progression. • Designing, balancing and live maintenance of a free-to-play game economy. • Development of live-events post-launch. • Understanding of A/B testing, user acquisition/retention, virality systems, monetisation and player-driven game economies. • Understand and advance knowledge of MMOs and free-to-play social/mobile game design. • Research player behaviour and propose new features/events/live updates based on the players and community. • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with a multi-disciplinary team. • Ability to quickly learn and adjust design based on client-server architecture. • Ability t ...
