Why can I print checks, but cannot print reports via Quicken in Windows 10?

The attached screenshot shows the message I have been getting since I downloaded Windows 10. Today I upgraded from Quicken 2012 to 2016 thinking it would resolve the issue, it did not. I have two printers, an HP LaserJet and an HP OfficeJet, so I went to Printer Setup for Reports/Graphs to change to the OfficeJet but got the same message. I need to print reports! ...
