Here’s why the Apple iPhone 7 is making a ‘hissing’ noise

The new Apple iPhone 7 may have a weird issue. Several buyers have been complaining about a distinct 'hissing' noise coming out of the smartphone, when under heavy load. Over the last few days, multiple reports about the new iPhone 7 making some weird noises have been cropping up on the web. Stephen Hackett from 512 Pixels was the first to point out the strange sound coming out of his iPhone through a post on Twitter . After Heckett shared a tweet about the issue, several people confirmed hearing the distinct voice coming out of their iPhones, something that sounds like a hiss or whine. Apparently, when under load or while launching an app, the iPhone’s new A10 Fusion processor has been noticed to be making those noises. Unfortunately for Apple, some people have already started calling the issue the ‘hissgate’. My iPhone 7 Plus makes terrible noises when under load. https://t.co/wFM2gImpOb — Stephen Hackett (@ismh) September 17, 2016 Put the back of the #iphone7 to ear and launch an app and you’ll hear the hiss/whine. Not sure if by design or defect. #buzzgate #hissgate — gadgetsnob (@gadgetsnob) September 17, 2016   Ran Geekbench on my iPhone 7 (3376 single core, 5340 multi, btw). It actually does make a “hissing” noise under full load. — René Fouquet (@renefouquet) September 19, 2016 Video made with hissing / buzzing iPhone 7 #noise #HissGate #buzzgate http://pic.twitter.com/8RHbL2MvjS — EmBee (@EmBee82) September 18, 2016   Apple has ...
