This year's Budweiser Super Bowl commercial is a pointed celebration of America's immigrant history

The annual TV advertisement hall of fame is happening on Sunday (along with, rumor has it, a Football game ) and as always, Budweiser's commercial is one to watch. This year's Budweiser Super Bowl commercial won't feature any Clydesdales , though. Instead, is a triumphant — and pointed — celebration of America's immigrant roots. The Anheuser-Busch InBev executives claim that the 60-second advertisement isn't supposed to be political, Ad Age reports . Still, "this commercial shows the start of Budweiser's journey, and while it is set in the 1800's, it's a story we believe will resonate with today's entrepreneurial generation — those who continue strive for their dreams," Budweiser VP Ricardo Marques said in a press release.
