It wants to streamline the current method of choosing and contacting relief staff. This means alerting relief staff of available shifts that need quickly filling. There can be from 9 to 45 'quick fill' requirements across 3 departments during 24 hours. The hospital has about 300 relief staff. The app must: - list staff with specific skills, job types and availability - send messages to lists of selected staff depending on who is needed - notify the supervisor on who has responded first - confirm with the relief staff member that they will be working the shift - be easy to update - free to upload onto smart phones - enable supervisors to run reports Apply for more information from the Department for International Trade in Australia.
