Format ssd problem

Source: www.linuxforums.org --- Saturday, September 30, 2017
Hi, I need to format my m.2 ssd since there is a failed Windows installation on it which I want to remove. When I try to format I get an error message; Error wiping device: Command-line `wipefs -a "/dev/nvme0n1p2"' exited with non-zero exit status 1: wipefs: error: /dev/nvme0n1p2: probing initialization failed: Device or resource busy (udisks-error-quark, 0) The SSD seam to be busy trying to start the failed Windows installation. Is there a way that I can force the formatting of the ssd? Or to kill all ongoing processes on the device? ...
