I am having new Windows installed. The internal window boards are in good condition so these are not being replaced. However they are varnished/painted brown and I wish to make them white! What is the best process? 1.Rub down completely or light rub down 2.Prime > under coat > Paint I heard that it would be best to use Dulux Aluminium wood Primer. What is the difference and is it better than using normal wood primer? Any advise would be appreciate. ...
