we're trying to get rid of Windows update assistant on Windows 10 home edition since it makes restarts turn into updates whenever it downloads them. We uninstall it, and it appears again within a few days. We try uninstalling background update manager, and Windows update services - still it gets downloaded. What is downloading it? This has become a big thing within the last week for some reason. ...
