Apple Argues Paying More Than A 0.005% Tax Rate is "Unfair"

The world was stunned as the European Commission demanded €13 billion ($14.5 billion) from Apple for unpaid back-taxes owed to the Republic of Ireland. Apple contends that this 'goalpost shifting' is unfair. But fairness is built from complying as much as with the spirit of the law as with the letter.
