Install an application on Android simulator to test call to that application from my app via URI?

Hello I'm developing a Xamarin.Forms app using ArGIS.Runtime.Xamarin.Forms. My app have to call "Survey123" via url. I tested on UWP on my Windows 10 desktop and Works fine, but when I try running the app on the VS Android Simulator and call the other app via url, it throws an exception. I tried with a http url inside my Android app and it Works. I tried launch the app using url link on a webpage and the Android browser handle the error gracefully. I tried to install Survey123 on the simulator but there is no way: Google Play app is not installed, if try using the browser it answer me that I don`t have an Android device to install. I tried to install the apk of survey via sdcard but the sdcard is not visible or detected, and if I try to send it to me via email the email app on the simulator shows me a message: "Error downloading the file" Thanks for answers..... ...
