If the Philadelphia Eagles had managed to trade up for the No. 2 pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, the franchise would be in a much different place right now. There’s a decent chance Chip Kelly would still be the coach in Philadelphia, and Carson Wentz would be the signal caller for a different team. Instead, the Tennessee Titans opted to hold onto their pick. At points during the pre-draft rumor frenzy, it seemed as if an Eagles trade for the 2nd overall pick had a chance to get done.
