Description 100 Station Road is an extended 1930’s house with lots of family accommodation. The elevations are red brick under a clay tile roof and all but one of the Windows are upvc double glazed. At the entrance is a porch which leads into the hall that has a wood laminate floor and a dog leg staircase, there are two cupboards including one under the stairs. In the sitting room is a working fireplace, Victorian in design of cast iron in a wooden surround. The kitchen was fitted by ‘Quainton Cottage Furniture’ there are oak doors and timber trim worktops with concealed LED lighting. The dining room is pretty much open plan with the conservatory, both have laminate tiled flooring, the latter with a nice view over the garden and paddocks beyond. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor and a study. Upstairs are four bedrooms, three with laminate floors and the master having a pleasant outlook. The bathroom has a white suite with chrome mixer taps over the basin and bath.
