How This Type Of Bias Can Cost You In A Salary Negotiation

What does winning look like in a typical salary negotiation? Ideally, it results in a win-win outcome. I share the outcomes of a recent training that I ran that should have been a win-win, and ended up in a loss-loss - possibly because of a surprisingly hazardous cognitive bias.
