Frogwares used the GamesCom weekend as an opportunity to share mode details about Sherlock Holmes Chapter One. On top of the two new trailers showing the world of crime the game is set in, the developer revealed the title will last around 15 hours or more than the double for completionists across 5 main quests and 30 side quests. During combats, the non-lethal approach is favorable but the player can kill with some consequences. Sherlock's abandoned mansion can be restored and custom decorated. Finally, the game is in pre-alpha state and the team plans to support it with post-launch content without turning it into a GaaS (Games as a Service) title. They are hopeful to share some detective gameplay around December/January while the full game is set to launch during 2021. ...
