It’s Halloween month, and what better way to start it off with a downloadable demo for Red Barrel’s Outlast 2. The demo players can download is the one that did the rounds at this year’s E3, GamesCom and PAX East, and has them venture through a dark and threatening farm area as they hide from pursuers in corn fields, barns and more while using the game’s signature night vision to navigate the terrain. It looked frightening in gameplay videos, so it should be even scarier hands-on. The playable demo is available for download on the PS4, Steam, and Xbox One, but it will only be available until November 1, so make sure to get it as soon as possible.
