Bootcamp via Virtualbox - error message

I tried installing Windows 7 on my MBP late 2011 with this guide: Is it possible to Bootcamp Windows 8.1 using USB on Late 2011 MBP? I got to step 17. Windows was running in Virtualbox and I tried restarting my Macbook. Unfortunately, I still couldn't boot Windows. After booting macOS again, I tried launching Windows in Virtualbox, but now I get an error message. RawWinDisk.vmdk can't be accessed and I don't know why. ...
