If college Basketball teams were baked potatoes, these would be the ones that come with all the fixings. With the NCAA's deadline for returning to school having passed Wednesday, we can start to take our first detailed look at college Basketball rosters to see where the most talent exists. Through a combination of recruiting, transfer additions and (maybe most importantly) retention of existing stars, some teams are so stacked for 2016-17 it's hard to find a weakness. This doesn't always translate into success, though, as each year some incredibly talented teams end up falling short of expectations despite seemingly everything working in their favors.
