Simulated radars for 3 PM: Not talking a big deal here. Worst case scenario is a brief delay and even that probably does not happen. BLT at CLE will see a few showers/rumbles of thunder nearby. Simulated radar for 5 PM: A bit more activity expected than either in KC or CHC. The game should start dry but there could be some heavy showers at almost anytime.
