Apple’s harshest critics also believe that Apple is better than most companies in some areas. The first is customer service, which is an area where Apple is unquestionably unparalleled. There are no other consumer electronics companies in the world that support employee employees in stores, on the phone and on line as well as Apple’s polite, helpful, and no other corporate policies. In fact, Apple’s policies are as good as the general, the Apple store sales staff is still bending the rules and let the customer happy out. Critics and fans of another area usually give Apple a competitive advantage is the user experience. IOS and MacOS can not always wrap all the flexibility and functionality found in a competitor’s platform, but the overall user experience and user-friendly features are unmatched. I’ve read chatter to this effect with increasing frequency in recent years, and I constantly find myself engaging in conversations with readers about this topic. Since it was first introduced back in 2007, Apple’s iOS platform has always been the simple, streamlined alternative to more complex and overbearing smartphone operating systems like Symbian and Windows Mobile.
