Microsoft has just shipped the very first cumulative update for Windows 10 Creators Update, as the company is now giving the final touches to this OS release and preparing to ship it to retail users. Available exclusively for users in the Fast and Slow rings of the Windows Insider program, KB4016250 doesn’t bring too many changes, but it marks the beginning of cumulative updates development for Windows 10 version 1703, and this is an important milestone for both Microsoft and its users. First and foremost, this cumulative update fixes an issue affecting Surface devices and causing Bluetooth radio to fail to re-enumerate during hibernate or resume, so if you have a Surface running Windows 10 Creators Update build 15063, make sure you install this to avoid experiencing this bug.
