Pres. Trump boasts he can get a better bargain negotiating deals on a bilateral, rather than a multilateral, basis. That's not a surprise for someone who cut his teeth negotiating real estate in NY. But in the complex international trade area, it's not the “either or choice” he makes it out to be.
