Inside the Nationals, all the talk is about Mike Rizzo and his lack of a new deal Everyone from Bryce Harper to Max Scherzer to scouts to hot dog vendors (probably) is asking the same question: What's taking the Nats so long to re-sign Mike Rizzo?
