Are You Still Using Force Rankings? Please Stop.

With more work requiring strong collaboration, the corrosive nature of forced rankings on teamwork cannot be overstated. When my performance is to be evaluated relative to yours (and the spots on the podium are fixed and limited) it is hard for me to genuinely cheer for and support your success.
