A 2-2 week keeps FSU right where they were. Florida State started the week the same way they ended it: with sloppy losses. However, they were able to take 2 games from rival Miami leaving Mike Martin with a tie for the all time wins record in college Baseball. The result was FSU neither gaining or losing ground D1 Baseball’s Top 25 . UNC swept the Wolfpack and have now won 5 straight ACC series after falling to Florida State in March. The Tar Heels have gone 17-3 since that meeting and now lead the ACC. Miami was not the only ACC team looking get to keep their faint post-season hopes alive. Virginia got swept at home by Clemson losing all 3 games by 1 run.
