It's Just About Time For Full On Panic At JC Penney

Despite years of cost cutting and transformation attempts, JC Penney finds itself struggling to keep pace and without a CEO during a time when competitors are ceding market share and retail is on the upswing. Without a quick turnaround the 100+ year old brand's future is very much in question.
