The organization notified winners of their achievements on June 5. The Dallas-based design firm earned recognition for exhibit stand and experiential design work and a total of five awards in four categories, including the games industry, healthcare, travel & tourism and food & drink. This is the second year the awards program has been held and second time The Trade Group has been recognized by the World Exhibition Stand Awards. The annual World Exhibition Stand Awards were launched to “celebrate the very best in exhibition stand design and experience whatever the show, wherever in the world, whoever the client.” Upon release of finalist names this past February, World Exhibition Stand Awards Manager Lisa Farnfield stated, “Both quality and quantity of the designs submitted this year have been exceptionally high.” The Trade Group earned two Platinum awards in the Best Stand at a Games Industry Event category.
