AP Top 25 Poll Features OU, But Not OSU

Source: kfor.com - Sunday, August 23, 2015
History has been made in the 2015 Preseason AP Top 25 Poll. Ohio State is the first ever unanimous preseason number 1 in the poll’s history. The defending national champions received all 61 first place votes. Oklahoma comes in at number 19 in the preseason rankings while Oklahoma State couldn’t crack the top 25. The Cowboys did receive votes and would be ranked 28th if the poll went that high. Oklahoma’s second opponent of the season, Tennessee, comes in at number 25. The Big 12 as a whole had only 3 teams in the top 25 while the SEC had a league high 8 squads in the rankings. Here’s the full Preseason AP Top 25. Ohio State (61) TCU Alabama Baylor Michigan State Auburn Oregon USC Georgia Florida State Notre Dame Clemson UCLA LSU Arizona State Georgia Tech Ole Miss Arkansas Oklahoma Wisconsin Stanford Arizona Boise State Missouri Tennessee
