Apple is having a difficult time accepting the outcome of the infamous eBook price-fixing legal battle that has now consumed a considerable portion of the company's time in recent years. Apple, published reports tonight indicate, is going to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to "overturn a federal judge’s finding that it conspired to fix the prices of ebooks when it launched its original iPad and iBook store in January 2010." Fortune's sources make it sound as though Apple has no intention of accepting defeat and moving forward. ...
