Business as usual. A guest at a hotel complains that there are kids playing floor hockey in the hall. The hotel employee heads up to talk to the parents to nicely explain that the kids can’t play like that in the halls because the other guests can hear. All is taken care of. The complaining guest is happy and the parents are appreciative for the way the hotel employee handled the situation.
