Reedsy is an online self-publishing platform that caters to a growing market for authors looking to self-publish. The opportunity to find editors, designers and marketers and collaborate online is becoming a more normal modus operandi than trying, and often failing, to attract the interest of major publishing houses. I interviewed Reedsy co-founder Emmanuel Nataf, who says that although his platform is breaking down barriers for authors, the quality of a work is still his primary concern, and that there are many ways that traditional publishing houses and self publishing platforms can work together.
