Windows 10 for $153 Intel’s Compute Stick with Windows 10 pre-installed has appeared on Amazon for for $146. For those who came in late the Stick is a mini-computer the size of a USB that can be plugged into any available screen with HDMI input. The spec is not too bad for the price either. You get a quad-core 1.8 Ghz, Baytrail-T Atom processor, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of eMMC storage, with Micro SD slot for expansion. There is an USB 2.0 port for connecting your peripherals and a micro-USB plug for charging. There is Bluetooth 4 support for any mice and keyboards around. All this makes it ideal for TVs and shifting documents around and moving internet connections. It probably would be a bit happier with some more RAM, although upgrades are not an option. Besides the Windows version, there is also an Intel Compute Stick with Ubuntu 14.01 pre-installed, though that version only has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage, so a bit like a chocolate teapot. ...
