Real Time Responsiveness: The New Fluency Of Change

I’m a huge fan of a particular luxury car maker and a few years ago I bought what is now an eight year-old model. It’s the best car I’ve ever had, and as it ages, I learn new fabulous things about it. #LOVE IT. I take good care of it, which means I see the service people on a regular basis. But when I moved to a new state, I noticed that the service experience changed dramatically. It went from exceptional to pretty terrible.
