Most people believe that Microsoft is trying to get out of the mobile business, but the company reiterated is efforts of improving Windows 10 Mobile on several occasions, and now it appears that it wants to show these efforts to everyone. The software giant will attend the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next year, and although its agenda is not very clear, this is living proof that Microsoft does not want to be left out of the mobile party.
