I'm not sure if I'm in the right forum but will ask anyway. I'm about to move from Windows to the Apple environment and would appreciate your input. I'm very conscious of "future proofing" but also aware that hardware can become obsolete. My budget is about $Au5,500. I have decided on the 27.5" 5k IMac. I'm happy to go for the best video card, 32gb RAM and the i7 processor. What I'm unclear about is the hard drive. Fusion drive, SSD, flash storage? I need at least 2tb of storage but don't... My New Computer ...
