Employees Need To Be Careful About Social Media Use While On FMLA

If an employer suspects that an employee is committing FMLA fraud, they can lawfully terminate the employee as long as they can prove they conducted a reasonable investigation and then came away with the belief that the employee didn’t use FMLA for its intended purpose.
