Include folder not generated when compiling Xerces 3.1.4 using Visual Studio 2014

I am building Xerces 3.1.4 on Visual Studio 2015 based on the insttructions at http://ift.tt/2ub8ZmOWindows Building XercesLib after opening projects\Win32\VC14\xerces-all\xerces-all.sln But I do not see the include directory in the output location. The output location by default is Build\Win32\VC14\Release (for Release configuration) Why it is so? Do I need to build any other module to get Include folder? ...
