For the past 3 days I haven't been able to log in to my 7 year old compaq laptop after trying to restore/recover my iTunes which completely lost all its contents last Sunday. Recovery failed but Windows did an update (which it hasn't done for ages). I have never experienced problems with this laptop. The keys and mousr are unresponsive on the Windows login page but fine otherwise (I tried some tune up & problem solving using the F function keys). I really don't want to restore to factory... Can't login at login screen Windows 7 ...
