On upgrading to v12 on my MacBook Pro It seems like Parallels Tools did not install properly. Windows 10 fires up Ok but the key board within the Win 10 desktop is crippled. Windows start keys works but nothing else. Windows 10 drive is also not visible in Mac Finder. What can be the problem? I tried to reinstall Tools but it did not work. I have wasted a lot of time trying to figure out. I urgently need this to work. Please help. Thank you. Manzoor Ahmed ...
