Last week, we informed you about the main reason why CD Projekt RED has not streamed online the E3 2019 gameplay demo of Cyberpunk 2077. As CD Projekt RED stated, the main reason behind this was to build further hype and it appears that this extended gameplay demo won’t be released at GamesCom 2019. As CD Projekt RED’s Marcin Momot confirmed, this extended gameplay demo will be made available during PAX West 2019 (obviously we’re talking about the video and not the build/demo itself). It's going to happen exactly during PAX West. 🙂 — Marcin Momot (@Marcin360) June 12, 2019 PAX West 2019 begins on August 30th and will last until September 2nd. CD Projekt RED did not clarify when exactly it will release the gameplay demo, meaning that this may happen during the last day of the event. Similarly to last year’s gameplay demonstration, we expect CD Projekt RED to release a video that will be close to 50 minutes, though we are almost certain that this video will not feature any of the recently announced ray tracing effects (as those are specific/exclusive to the PC version). In conclusion, we now have a date for when those that have not attended E3 2019 or GamesCom 2019 will be able to see the game’s latest gameplay footage. Cyberpunk 2077 is currently scheduled for an April 16th, 2020, release! ...
