With GamesCom just around the corner, developers are starting to tease fans with new announcements. This year Geoff Keighley is set to kick things off with a show called Opening Night Live on August 19. Courtesy of V1 Interactive and Private Division we now know one title gamers can expect to see during the pre-show. Led by ex-Bungie Creative Director and Halo co-creator Marcus Lehto, V1 Interactive is deep in the development process of Disintegration , a first-person sci-fi shooter set to release next year. V1 Interactive is comprised of industry veterans who have worked on games including Halo , Skyrim , Destiny and more. Lehto stated, "it is great to be able to share what this amazing team has been working on, and we can’t wait to introduce this new game that our team is building to the world next month."
