Walmart won’t be taking any extra time off for the holiday, offering a big after-Christmas sale that includes deep discounts on technology and video games as the retailer hopes to make up for a slow shopping season. The nation’s largest retailer will be opening at 5 a.m. on December 26 to kick off the all-important after-Christmas shopping season, when stores offer discounts on extra stock and throw in some good deals to entice shoppers to bring in their gift cards from the holidays. This year Walmart will be offering a number of deals for its after-Christmas sale, including free shipping for those who would prefer to do their shopping from the comfort of their computer chair.
