The Basketball simulation game from 2K Sports - NBA 2K17 - sold 1,046,118 units first week at retail, according to our estimates. First week sales can be viewed on the VGChartz Global Weekly Chart for the week ending September 17. Breaking down the sales by platform, the game sold best on the PlayStation 4 with 639,456 units sold (61%), compared to 349,550 units sold on the Xbox One (33%). It also sold 30,457 units on Xbox 360 (3%) and 26,655 units on the PlayStation 3 (3%). Breaking down the sales by region, the game sold best in the US with 715,916 units sold (68%), despite that figure only representing sales of the Early Tip Off and Legends editions, compared to 106,884 units sold in Europe (10%). Looking more closely at Europe, the game sold an estimated 18,510 units in the UK, 17,952 units in Germany, and 22,399 units in France.
