While this is the fourth day-night Test, it is the first to feature Pakistan and Australia. With all the action happening on the cricket ground, Cricket Australia’s (CA) officials have come up with an amazing plan to churn out good amount of crowd in the stadium. The opening day of the first Test saw Australia’s skipper, Steven Smith, hog all the limelight but it was the spectators who were enjoying their time out with a pool deck arranged in the stadium. Spectators turned up in large numbers to witness a greulling day of cricket between hosts and the subcontinental side and were seen enjoying their time chilling in the pool. Among all the hullabaloo, Olympics gold medalist, Stephanie Rice, also graced the presence and was seen cooling off at the pool. She is a popular figure in Australia after she won three gold medals at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Bejing and was awarded the Medal of the Order for Australia on January 26, 2009. She is also named the Pool Deck ambassador, especially arranged for the spectators.
