All windows 64bit updates are failing but windows 32bit office updates are working???

For the last two months all 64 bit Windows updates seem to be failing, although 32 bit Office updates work? Run SFCfix this morning log attached. Trying running Windows update afterwards and it is just stuck with the message " Preparing to install" and nothing happens. Attempted to attach/upload CBS.zip file it appears the upload is done but I do not see the file to attach? SFCFix version 3.0.0.0 by niemiro.
