Mirror, mirror on the wall. Is this the smartest mirror of them all? A German company has just unveiled a lineup of smart mirrors powered by Windows 10 and offering users a long list of features. Including the ability to serve as a clear image reflection panel, of course. But beneath that, is access to more advanced features like instant access to calendars, notes, weather forecasts, and whatnot. The company has even baked in WiFi access, Cortana connectivity, as well as compatibility with other smart home systems, including Sonos and other popular lights. Dirror, the company behind this Windows 10 smart mirror, is selling it in three different configurations, with the base model priced at slightly above $1,000. Now, while this is easily more than what most users would pay for a typical laptop, it is still a good deal considering what you get. Dirror S, the base model comes with a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. An Intel Atom x5-Z8300 processor powers it, and users also get 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. Pricing starts at €970, which is nearly $1,050. Then we have the Dirror M, the much bigger model with a 23-inch display and a more powerful processor in the form of the Atom x7-Z8700. 4GB RAM and 128GB storage is available with prices starting at €1,870 euro or around $2,000.
