With the 2017 NFL Combine starting this week, Joe Thomas shared his thoughts on the event. CLEVELAND, Ohio - Joe Thomas isn't a big fan of the NFL Combine. But is that really surprising for a guy who skipped the 2007 NFL Draft to go fishing? The Browns left tackle took to Twitter on Monday to share some thoughts about the combine, which begins its 2017 edition Tuesday at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Thomas also reminisced about his favorite questions during the team interview portion of the combine. By the way, if you don't follow Thomas on Twitter (@joethomas73) , you really should. He's been at it less than a year and he's already at Pro Bowl level. Sorry 2 the suckers that have to go to the cattle auction this week! Don't forget to lie to teams and say how much "fun" it is! #combine -- Joe Thomas (@joethomas73) February 27, 2017 Don't worry; the staff, coaches, and mgmt don't want to be there anymore than you do, so you're not alone. Great for fans though. -- Joe Thomas (@joethomas73) February 27, 2017 Thomas was asked to explain the weirdest question he got at the combine. My top 2 I remember was: 1)why don't you want to look a gift horse in the mouth? 2) if I had to be a cat or a dog, which would I be? https://t.co/dnFenZbPzh -- Joe Thomas (@joethomas73) February 27, 2017 The cat/dog ? is the oldest one in the book, and you're prepared beforehand to answer "dog", cause apparently the NFL doesn't like "cats". https://t ...
