Hello All, I purchased an NP940X3L-K01Us and am having trouble activating Bitlocker using Windows 10 Enterprise. When I try to setup Bitlocker, I get an error after rebooting that says, "BitLocker could not be enabled. The BitLocker encryption key cannot be obtained from the Trusted Platform Module (TPM). C: was not encrypted" I tried clearing TPM from tpm.msc to no avail. When looking in tpm.msc. I see that it says The TPM is read for use, with reduced functionality. Not sure what... NP940X3L-K01US Bitlocker ...
